Shea Fleck Realtor
One sit-down. Sixteen clips.

Real estate runs on trust, and trust runs on hearing someone talk. Shea Fleck, a Southern Indiana realtor, sat down for a podcast-style conversation, and we let it run.
From one session: a full episode, 16 vertical clips cut for social, and a set of stills. Topics run from the hidden work behind a sale to why you marry the house and date the rate.
What we made
- Full-length episode
- 16 vertical social clips

Social clips
Four of the sixteen.

How we approached it
Let the conversation run.
Two cameras, two mics, and a list of the questions clients ask every week. We didn't script answers. The best clips came from the parts nobody planned.
In the edit, each clip was built around one answer, with a hook in the first few seconds and captions on screen for people watching with the sound off.
What's in the set
A two-person set, two angles.
Shea on mic, a guest across the table, a wide of the whole set, and an over-the-shoulder for the back and forth. The stills came from the same session: Shea answering, listening, and the camera in the foreground for the behind-the-scenes post.
The topics came straight from her clients: the hidden work behind a sale, and why you marry the house and date the rate.
