Shea Fleck is a Southern Indiana realtor. Like most agents, she knew she should post more video and didn't have time to make it. So we didn't ask her to make a month of content. We asked her to sit down for one conversation.
Plan the questions, not the answers
Before the shoot we built a list of the questions clients ask her every week: what happens behind a sale, what buyers miss, what sellers should fix first. No scripts. People sound like themselves when they're answering a question they've answered a hundred times.

Shoot it like a show
Two cameras and clean audio, set up like a podcast. That gives the edit room to cut between angles and makes the full conversation worth publishing on its own.
Cut one answer at a time
Each clip is built around a single answer. The hook goes in the first few seconds, captions go on screen for people watching with the sound off, and it's framed vertical from the start. Lines like “marry the house, date the rate” do the rest.
What one session became
- 1 full-length episode
- 16 vertical clips for social
- A set of stills for her site and feed
Posted a few at a time, that's months of content in her own voice, from one afternoon.
